Boston Re-rental Policy
ABI conducts City of Boston re-rental inspections as an authorized inspector. NOTE: ABI is not authorized to conduct Shelter/Rooming House inspections.

No show Policy
Failure of appointment success due to No-Show (client or tenant) will result in the regular Inspection fee being due from the client. No show will be defined as being 20 minutes past appointment time. Time is of the essence.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointments giving less than 24-hour notice to ABI will result in the regular Inspection fee being due from the client. Time is of the essence.
